Join us as we explore mental health as it relates to women with our speaker Roseanne Critchlow. Roseanne has spent a lifetime caring for and serving others. Until a major hospitalization grabbed her attention she had never cared for herself in a healthy, proper way, as Moms I am sure that we can all identify with that! Let us learn together how to better care for ourselves and by extension those around us!
